Am I eligible to enter?

Anyone at the dealership who records and sends tech videos to customers via the myKaarma solution is eligible, limit one entry per person.

Can I enter any inspection?

You can enter any inspection you recorded and sent to a customer between October 1, 2024, and October 31, 2024. All videos must be received by midnight on November 5, 2024. Videos recorded before October 1 and after October 31 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

I entered a video two weeks ago, but I have another video inspection that also might be a winner. Can I enter more than once?

Yes, but only your last entry will be considered. Enter your best work!

How do I send my video?

Send email to: videocontest@mykaarma.com with the subject line: Tech Video Grand Prix: [Your Name], [Dealership Name], [RO # Video is on]. There is no need to upload video, just send RO#.

How do I know if you received my entry?

You will receive an automatic reply email confirming your submission.

What are the prizes?

myKaarma is awarding $500 Amazon gift cards to each of the top 5 videos. Gift cards will be sent via email.

How do you choose the 5 winners?

Our myKaarma judges rate each video entry on the following criteria: Quality of customer communication, Content and flow of video, Professionalism of the Technician, and Creativity. There is no “right way” to do a tech video so let your personality shine through.

When will you announce the winners?

Winners of the Tech Video Grand Prix will be announced the week of Nov 18th 2024.
