Our myKaarma judges rate each video entry on the following criteria: Quality of customer communication, Content and flow of video, Professionalism of the Technician, and Creativity.

The best way to get feedback on your video is to share it with your myKaarma Performance Manager for your dealership and ask for their feedback.

We had over 300+ videos submitted this round. Winning videos had a few things in common; the tech did a great job introducing themselves and the dealership and saying thank you, the video was concise and had good sound quality, the content focused on showing vs telling, and the tech took the time to explain why things were important.
